Meeting Schedule:

All meetings will be located at the Culver Road Fire Station, 2960 Culver Road, Rochester, NY 14622, from 6:30pm to 9pm. All meetings are open to the public. Anyone who wishes to address the Board must do so in writing. The request should be made to the attention of the District Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.

2025 Regular meeting dates are as follows:

• July 7th
• July 21st
• August 4th
• August 18th
• September 1st
• September 15th
• October 6th
• October 13th (Public Budget Hearing and Final Adoption)
• October 20th
• November 3rd
• November 17th
• December 1st
• December 9th (Election Only, NO MEETING)
• December 15th
• December 29th
