Ridge Culver Fire Department responded to 104WB for the motor vehicle accident, with a car on fire. 1C48 went on location on 104WB, just east of the Goodman St exit, with a 2 car motor vehicle accident. One car was on fire in the center lane. All occupants were out of their respective vehicles. Irondequoit Ambulance responded to the scene and handle all patient care. RFD E16 also continued to the scene as a precaution, as they were dispatched to the "same" accident but given a different location.

NYSP, IPD and the H.E.L.P trucks handled traffic control.
